The Academisch Ziekenhuis Paramaribo is Suriname's academic teaching hospital, on Flustraat in Paramaribo, and it is listed among the country's hospitals by the Surinamese government.
The two numbers to keep are on the government's own hospitals page: the switchboard on +597 442222, and — separately — the emergency department (Spoedeisende Hulp) on 442288. The same page gives 113 as the general alarm number. If you write one number down before travelling, make it the emergency line rather than the switchboard.
The hospital's own website is explicitly under reconstruction and carries almost nothing beyond a public relations extension and email address, so there is no online source for departments, triage arrangements, whether foreign travellers pay cash or can bill travel insurance, or English-language service. Those are all questions to put to your insurer before you need the answer.
