Family roti business trading in Paramaribo since 1981, with two outlets in the city and one in Rotterdam. The Maystraat shop closes in the early afternoon; the Kwattaweg branch stays open into the evening.

Chris Roti Shop is the best documented roti business in this database, and the only one that publishes its own opening hours.
It says it opened in Suriname in 1981 and has three outlets: Maystraat 10 and Kwattaweg 170 in Paramaribo, and one in Rotterdam. The two Paramaribo shops keep very different days. Maystraat closes at 15:30, so it is a morning and lunch proposition. Kwattaweg runs until 20:30 and is the one to use in the evening. Both are Monday to Saturday.
The fillings, from its own menu, are chicken, chicken with egg, lamb, and duck, each served with potato and vegetables. It also sells a chicken roti roll, curried and tomato chicken sandwiches, bara, filled bara, phulauri and dawet.
No prices are published in any currency. The menu page on its own site sits behind a cookie wall we did not accept.
