Joah Inn is a block of studios and apartments in central Paramaribo, close enough to the Waterkant, the historic centre and the Centrale Markt for all three to be walkable. Its own site is explicit that long stays are part of the business — it lists business travellers, couples, families and long-term guests in the same breath — and pairs the apartments with a pool, a jacuzzi, a spa, a gym, a bar and restaurant and round-the-clock security.

The apartments themselves vary. Platform listings describe studios and larger units with full kitchens and separate living areas, which is the distinction that matters if you are cooking for yourself rather than eating out twice a day.
