Zeelandia Suites

Zeelandia Suites is a small suite hotel on Kleine Waterstraat, roughly a hundred metres from Fort Zeelandia and inside comfortable walking distance of the whole historic inner city. Its direct line is +597 8408613.
What makes it unusual for its size is what comes attached: the same operation runs 't Vat, the long-standing sidewalk cafe next door, and De Verdieping, a restaurant and event space upstairs. If you stay here you are staying above one of the busiest terraces in the city, which is either the point or the problem depending on what you want from a night.
As of 21 August 2026 the site listed suites from about USD 52 and a family suite from about USD 78. We do not print a room count: the hotel's own site contradicts itself, saying eight suites in one place and listing nine elsewhere.
