It stands out among the operators we researched for one thing that matters to anyone travelling alone or as a couple: it publishes dated group departures with the number of places left, and a minimum number of participants per tour, rather than leaving both to a phone call. Fredberg runs on fixed dates from two participants at the regular rate; the Commewijne plantation boat tour runs from four, departing 08:30 from the bus shelter beside the Leonsberg jetty; Palumeu departures are listed by date with eight places each.
